Due to the nature of our work—which involves dedicated time, resources, and strategy implementation—all services rendered by BNDK DIGITAL, LLC are non-refundable once work has commenced or internal resources have been allocated.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Paid advertising management
- Strategy development
- Creative production
- Web development
- Email and SMS campaign services
- Influencer sourcing and campaign setup
- Conversion rate optimization efforts
Deposits
All deposits paid at the time of contract signing are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
Billing Terms
Service fees are billed via monthly invoice based on agreed scope of work.
Disputed Charges
If you believe you were billed in error, please contact us within 7 days. We will review the issue in good faith and respond within 5 business days.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting us to resolve an issue may be considered a breach of contract and may result in immediate suspension of services.
