Terms Of Service
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of services provided by BNDK DIGITAL, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company registered at 390 NE 191st St STE 8970 Miami, FL, 33179 US (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website (https://bndk.io) or engaging with our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Services Provided
We offer marketing and media services as outlined in each client agreement. These services may include, but are not limited to, paid media, creative development, CRO, influencer marketing, email/SMS marketing, and technical consulting.
2. Payment & Billing
Clients receive a new invoice for each month's work. Any additional services beyond the base agreement will be billed at the agreed hourly or fixed rate. A 10% deposit is required upfront unless otherwise specified.
3. Refunds
All payments are non-refundable. We do not guarantee specific performance outcomes (see Refund Policy).
4. Term & Termination
Services are provided on a monthly basis unless otherwise stated. Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle.
5. No Guarantee
We make no representations or guarantees regarding revenue, sales increases, or specific business results. All strategies are developed in good faith but may vary depending on external factors.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of business strategies, pricing, and sensitive data.
7. Non-Solicitation
You agree not to solicit or hire any of our employees or contractors for 12 months following the termination of this agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect damages. In the event of gross negligence, our liability is capped at one month’s service fee.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. All disputes shall be handled by the appropriate courts in Latvia.
